As a design-build firm, if you don't already have your plans drawn, our architect/design team will develop your vision into construction-ready drawings. If you’re coming to us with a set of plans, you will be prompted to submit those with your inquiry.
How will my home be protected during construction?
BuildCo7 uses industry-standard floor and dust protection to protect your home during your construction project.
Can I still live in my home during my remodel/renovation?
The possibility of living in your home during construction can depend on the size and scope of your project. Due to the possibility of not having electricity or running water at certain points, as well as other safety concerns, staying in your home may not be feasible. In those cases, we will work with you to the best of our ability to plan for the timeline of your rental. Either way, sometimes it's surprising how much time and money people often save by not staying home during the project.
Will I be able to use my kitchen while you’re renovating?
BuildCo7 does our best to limit any disruption to your daily life during construction. At times, parts of the kitchen may be available to you but do plan for the kitchen to be largely off-limits through most of the project. We plan to the best of our abilities to minimize the downtime and to provide a more seamless experience.
